Principal's Message
Dear Nighthawk Family,
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year. We are excited to open our school doors and look forward to getting Back to Better. Our faculty has been busy planning standards-based lessons and activities for a smooth transition back to campus. Our focus is to provide the best learning experience possible while attending to the social emotional needs of all of our students. We understand the toll that the pandemic took on our students and their families, and we are committed to providing the necessary support to make sure that all of our students are college and career ready.
I know that the road Back to Better may seem uncertain, but with the support of our Nightingale parents and community members, we will get through this. Together we are stronger than ever. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve you and I am looking forward to an amazing school year.

MISSION
Nightingale Middle School will become an exceptional learning center that promotes the intellectual, social, emotional and physical advancement of all its students. Learning and teaching will be supported by a Common Core-based curriculum, which integrates technology, hands-on activities and recognizes and provides for individual differences and interests.
Faculty, students, families and the community will be actively involved in creating a safe, trusting, and supportive school environment where students value education and believe they can be successful. Everyone will value the individual uniqueness of each individual and develop respect and responsibility towards others, their school, and the community.
